TOKU America Inc. has exhibted in CONEXPO CON-AGG 2011.

Hydraulic Breaker, TDX Cutter and Construction Air-tools were exhibited.

CONEXPO CON/AGG 2011 has been opened an exhibition from 22th to 26th March 2011 in Las Vegas U.S.A. the registered attendees was more than 117,000 for 5 days, International visitors out of U.S.A. was 24% of the attendees.

TOKU products have been represented by TOKU America Inc, which is newly established in Willoughby, Ohio in April 2010. They have shown STRIKER hydraulic breakers, Grasper (mechanical), TDX-Cutters and air construction tools.

STRIKER TDX Cutters was No.1 popular item, which has taken the most interest among visitors at TOKU booth.

Obviously Japan, even for all over the world, there is not a single hydroulic cutter, which is able to bite whole SRC and cutting rebar like the TDX-Cutter. Therefore many visitors were watching them with most interest. In U.S.A. the Grasper has not been seen and there is accordingly not much working experience with it. They usualy use normal bucket with grabbing function instead. There we see a marketing chance to expand our grasper in U.S.A in future.

Many hydraulic breaker manufacturers from all over the world have exhibited their products in this show. The 2nd popular item of hydraulic attachments were the scrapshers, of which arms are replacable. There were only a few manufacturers, who have shown the hydraulic attachments for small and detailed application like being seen in Japanese market.

Shanghai TOKU has exhibited in Bauma China 2010

We report the overwhelmed size and power of Bauma China 2010 below the show reflects a good economic situation of construction market in China and Asian region.

The exhibition was held from 23 to 26 Nov for 4 days in Shanghai New International Exhibition Center (SNIEC). Visitors of industry, 165 countries and 150,000. The top seven countries of visitors outside of China, South Korean India, Japan, Russia, Malaysia, Brazil, Singapore. Exhibitors from 37 countries and 1,858 companies. Among them 1,124 were Chinese companies , Exhibitors of the top three countries outside China, Germany with 154 companies, Italy with 107 companies and United States with 92 companies, about 45 companies were Japanese companies. The exhibition area was 230,000 square meters (9-hole - an outdoor exhibition space), and expanded 10% by compared to last year.

Shanghai TOKU in Bauma China has exhibited the fifth in a row since 2002. Among Japanese companies TOKU was the only Japanese company that continuously exhibited five times in a row. Visitors at TOKU booth have been increased every time in the past and this time was utmost. New visitors put many interesting questions. Especially TOKU steel cutter has attracted visitor's much attention.

TOKU booth has exhibited Silenced Hydraulic Breaker, TOKU Primary Crusher and TOKU cutter. TOKU Primary Crusher of T-60F was mounted on Sumitomo SH75X. The booth was crowded with many visitors every day. The number of hydraulic breaker exhibitors was over the total of 50 companies, all Japanese hydraulic breaker manufacturers have joined and showed the silent-type hydraulic breakers.

In the outdoor exhibition hall, a central part of the venue, countless giant cranes were displayed surrounded by heavy equipments, This was typically showing current China's construction industry situation. Bauma China visitors this time has been greatly increased in the size and the show was a leading exhibition in Asia.

The next Bauma China takes place from 27 to 30 Nov 2012 SNIEC, all holes - an outdoor exhibition space (approximately 300,000 square meters) will be held in.

TOKU launched "TOKU America Inc" in Willoughby, Ohio USA.

In April 2010 TOKU America was established in Willoughby, Ohio USA for the purpose of strengthening the sales of hydraulic breakers and fulfiling local services demand in the USA. Their breakers are called "Striker Breakers".
TAI(TOKU America, Inc.) covers the whole America (Noth and South) for TOKU's hydraulic attachments.
TAI locates in Willoughby Ohio with warehouse、services and sales office facility. The distribution of hydraulic attachments has already started since April 2010 and is developing.

Munich、Bauma2010 Exhibition Report, Germany.

Overall

The total area of the exhibition was 555,000m2 and 3,150 companies joined from 153 countries all over the world. In respect of the size of area and number of companies Bauma 2010 became the biggest ever. LinkIcon PDF file

TDF-10 TDF-10(Hyd, small Crusher)On 16th Apr a volcano in Iceland erupted and all airports in Europe were closed. Because of this unprecedent incident Bauma 2010 started on 19th Apr with much less visitors than expected. Some of the special foriegn countries exhibition booths stood incomplete and without staff. It was a difficult launching. Nevertheless, when all European airports opened again on 21st Apr the air access to Europe resumed and the number of visitors increased rapidly and the show become very active and particularly on the weekend the attendance increased dramatically and it was showing the very positive signs despite the diffucult circumstances.

As a result of the volcano eruption, the number of visitors was estimated at 415,000 from more than 200 countries. This figure is 17% lower than the last Bauma 2007.

The atmosphere of exhibiton was very positive showing the world economy recovery after the　Leaman shock.

TOKU had very good stand location in hall B3 along the corridor and close to the entrance of hall B3. We received many visitors during fair. Due to the volcano eruption, access to Europe was closed for the first and second day, however on the 3'rd day the flights resumed and the number of visitors increased dramatically. Particularly on the weekend attendance in the exhibition area was covered by full of people. TNC-25TW(25t Air-Hoist)We strongly felt the dynamic economy recovery movement. Also, each company showed their innovative products and improved models. We at Toku exhibited a Small Hydraulic Crusher(TDF-10) and our largest capacity hoist TNC-25TWLP (25t) for the first time at an international fair. They drew a lot of the visitor's attention. Our Dutch distributor AQP-TOKU dispatched 8 people in total during the fair and were busy serving customers. TOKU also had 4 personal at the stand from Japan. TOKU at EXCON show in Bangalore, India.

From 25th-29th Nov 09 EXCON show was held in Bangalore. It is the biggest construction machinery show in India. TOKU Hydraulic Breakers attracted Indian people as quality products from Japan and the show ran successfully for TOKU in growing market of India.

Premier Silent and light type Box bracket of TNB-7E in India

The first silent and light type of box bracket on TNB-7E has been indtruduced in India. The test has been so far continued around 50 hours and the operation is successfully running. The principal of silent and light type has antivibratiion function as well on the breaker holding section inside box bracket. It is unique and efficient to reduce noise and vibration at the same time.

Silent and Anti-vibrqation tests have started　in Japan

The noise and vibration problem of hydraulic breakers in urban areas has been closed up in recent years　in respect to environmental consiousness in Japan.
Every hydraulic breaker manufacturer is intensively putting efforts to reduce the noise and vibration of hydraulic breakers. TOKU has also struggled on this issue for many years and have tested proto type units. According to our engineer's experiences, the noise and vibration issues are often comin from the same source. As a result, they have found that when the vibrqation level is reduced, the noise level is also lower than before. this discovery developed a hint in designing a breaker with less noise and vibration. The main cause of vibration and noise deveops during impact of the breaker.
A new breaker supporting system was develped by our engineers to reduce vibration and noise. Through this development, we have succeeded in lowering the noise and vibration levels for our breakers. It is a revolutionary improvement.
According to the staff that oprerate breakers, this development has reduced the vibratiion of entire machine.

*The average noise level has also improved by 10% compared to conventional breakers performed at our test site.

In April 2002 Shanghai-TOKU (Sales Company) was established for the purpose of expanding sales of hydraulic breakers in China. The presence in China was an advantage to promote better service and to expand business through out China.

After the Leeman shock in September 2008 the world economy became so weakbut the Chinese market continued to expand while the industrialized nations continue at a slow economic pace. Today Sahnghai-Toku is becoming more predominant within TOKU's overseas business. In April 2008 Shanghai-TOKU Manufacturing was founded as manufacturing company in order to increase the manufacturing of hydraulic breaker brackets and also to have more flexibility in manufacturing to meet local requirements and put more originality in their own products in Chinese market.
